Sathish Rao is a passionate wildlife photographer, YouTuber, and safari expert whose journey began in 2017. He has captured the raw beauty of birds, lions, tigers, and countless species across India’s renowned reserves and Africa’s iconic landscapes — especially the Masai Mara. As a wildlife documentarian and YouTube Silver Award recipient, he has built a global community of over 156,000 subscribers, sharing powerful and authentic stories from the wild.

He is also the founder of the Lens & Colours Photography Group, a thriving community of over 5,000 wildlife and photography enthusiasts. His work has been exhibited in Hyderabad, Kolkata, and on global platforms, earning multiple recognitions for his storytelling and visual depth.

Between August 2022 and March 2026, Sathish curated and led 12 expeditions to Kenya and one to Tanzania — organizing over 255 nights for 70+ travellers. From educators and doctors to entrepreneurs and civil servants, his journeys bring together a diverse community of explorers. With experience handling safaris of 20+ guests, he ensures every journey is well-managed, deeply personal, and unforgettable.
